Cadencia – Privacy Policy

The short version
Cadencia stores all your data on your device. We don’t have a server. We don’t collect your tasks, your projects, or your schedule. The only exception is subscription management, handled by a third-party service called RevenueCat.
What data Cadencia collects
Cadencia does not collect personal information. All data you enter — tasks, projects, schedules, notes — is stored locally on your device and never transmitted to any server.
What stays on your device:
– Tasks and projects you create
– Schedules and calendar data
– App settings and preferences
We cannot access any of this. It never leaves your phone.
Subscription management
Cadencia uses RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions. When you make a purchase, RevenueCat processes and verifies your subscription. RevenueCat may collect:
– A device identifier (to link your subscription to your device)
– Purchase history (to verify your subscription status)
RevenueCat does not receive your tasks, projects, or any content you enter in the app.

In-app purchases
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple’s privacy policy governs that transaction. We do not store your payment information.
Children’s privacy
Cadencia does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. The app does not collect personal data from any user.
Changes to this policy
If we add features that change how data is handled, this policy will be updated and the date at the top will change. Material changes will be noted in the app update release notes.
